Q: How do I obtain my mailbox key?
A: If one was not given to you at closing, you will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain a key. You may visit their website to find the address of the local office.
 
Q:How do I report a street light out?
A: You can contact Duke Energy to report the light out by visiting their website. You can even sign up to be notified when the light has been fixed. It is always helpful to have the pole number when reporting.
 
Q: Which parking space is mine?
A: Each homeowner has 1 assigned space and then unassigned spaces can be used for overflow. Your space number will correspond with your unit #. If you live in a building with a driveway and a garage, those are your 2 spaces.
 
Q: How do I obtain information on HOA Insurance Coverage?
A: You will need to contact the Insurance Agent Directly to request a Certificate of Insurance. Holly Moore - TriSure - 919-469-2473. The HOA only covers the common areas. Each homeowner is responsible for having their own homeowners insurance. The HOA does NOT cover exterior maintenance or repair.
 
Q: When is the Annual Homeowner's meeting?
A: The Annual Homeowner's meeting is scheduled in November, each year, on a date selected by the Board.
 
Q: Can I attend a Board Meeting?
A: HOA Board meetings are scheduled monthly and the dates are on the community calendar. If you would like to attend a Board Meeting, please contact Towne Properties so that you can be added to the agenda. If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may email your management team with a formal letter to the Board. This will be placed in the Board Packet for discussion at the meeting.
 
Q: Who do I call in an emergency?
A: If you experience an emergency, you should first call 911 or the local authorities (police, ambulance, etc.) If the emergency is related to a community issue, please call the number listed on the homepage. If this is an after-hours emergency, please call 919-878-8787 and press 3 to be connected to the on-call associate.
